Delivery

At Namshi, we are excited to offer absolutely free shipping to all of our UAE customers within 1 - 2 working days. Our Delivery Company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience.

We offer Delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly ask you to pickup your orders from the nearest Courier Company office.

Returns

Returns are hassle-free, with no extra charge at Namshi. If the sizing is wrong or you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact Namshi customer service at service@namshi.com or call us at (+971) 800 626744 or 800 NAMSHI toll free in the UAE within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.

Our courier will collect your exchange from you. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use.

KSA (new procedure) Customers:

You will receive a label attachment from service@namshi.com with a return airway bill (AWB) number. After that you can do the following : Call the special Saudi exchange-Aramex hotline +966 (2) 6129198 to collect all exchange items associated with a print out of label attachment. OR drop all exchange items to the nearest Aramex office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use.

You can return any unworn merchandise in resalable condition for a voucher that can be used to purchase anything from Namshi. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact. Remember; please try on shoes indoors in a carpeted area before wearing them out to ensure you do not scratch the soles. This simple step will expedite the returns process.

Refunds

We currently only refund Cards for defective items. Kindly note that we do not give cash refunds.
